Fiscal Guidance
The Office of Early Learning Fiscal Guidance HandbookÌýprovides guidance on filling out FS-10, FS-25, FS-10A, FS-10F, and M/WBE forms and is updated every school year with the most recent PreK funding guidance, including, current available funding sources, allowable expenses, and important due dates.
Financial Forms
The ¿ìè³É°æÊÓƵ'sÌýÌýprovides financial forms andÌýÌýfor managing funds. Consult Grants Finance'sÌýÌýto access the most current and relevant forms and their instructions, including the following:
- FS-10: used for submitting an initial proposed budget
- FS-10-A: used to amend a previously approved budget
- FS-10-F: used to submit final expenditures for a previously approved budget
¿ìè³É°æÊÓƵ'sÌýÌýprovides UPKÌý. UPK districts may refer to these reports to determine if their allocation budget must be amended.
