Commissioner’s Regulations §100.19 requires Schools under Receivership to make Demonstrable Improvement (DI) on indicators jointly selected by the ¿ìè³É°æÊÓƵ and the district.

Once assigned or selected, Annual Progress Targets are established using school and district data, defining rigorous yet achievable benchmarks for progress for each DI Indicator (DII).

What Support Do Schools Receive to Work Toward DI Targets?

To support this work, Schools under Receivership participate in a Performance Management process and receive technical assistance through the Receivership support model and are also eligible for targeted funding to facilitate school improvement efforts.
