First-time Applicants: Both first time and returning applicants that did not apply for funding in ³Ù³ó±ðÌý2025-26Ìýprogram year, with an individual allocation of or greater than $15,000 and whose programs meet the Perkins V definitions of size, scope, and quality as verified in the Student Information Repository (SIRSÌý– 305 report) at the time of application, must submit a letter of intent to apply byÌýMarch 15, 2026, to both the fiscal agent of the consortium joined in the prior year and to the Office of CTE. A PDF copy of the original letter should be sent to ³Ù³ó±ðÌýOffice of CTE. AÌýcompleted CLNA is then due to the Office CTE byÌýApril 1, 2026.Ìý Returning Applicants:Ìý |

CompleteÌýapplications for re-approvalÌýof CTE programs to continue to be offered in the 2026-27 school year due to the Office of CTE. Please note incomplete applications will be returned. Any issues identified by the Office of CTE must be resolved immediately. Failure to receive program re-approval from the Office of CTE by September 30, 2026, will result in a lapse in the program. Lapsed programs will be removed from the ¿ìè³É°æÊÓƵ-approved list and in ¿ìè³É°æÊÓƵ’s Information Reporting Services’ Level 2 data, resulting in student CTE data being blocked from SIRS reporting. These lapsed programs are not considered to be active, and therefore, they are not eligible to award the 4+1 CTE Pathway, integrated/specialized academic credit, and the technical endorsement beyond the 2025-26 school year. |

CompleteÌýapplications for initial approvalÌýof new programs to be offered in the 2027-28 school year due to the Office of CTE. Please note that all applications that are incomplete will be returned to the applicant and will not be considered submitted for deadline purposes. Any issues identified by the Office of CTE must be resolved immediately. If program approval is not obtained by December 1, 2026, students will be ineligible to enroll in a ¿ìè³É°æÊÓƵ-approved program for the fall of 2027, and student data cannot be reported to the Student Information Repository System (SIRS) for the 2027-28 school year. |
